Assistant manager



  • Minimum 2 years of work-experience as assistant manager or office manager;
  • Advanced communication in English, both verbal and written;
  • Good experience with MS-Office package;
  • Clear understanding of business procedures and workflow of the documents;
  • Highly organized and efficient;
  • Strong attention to details, proactive;
  • Resistant to stress and flexible in terms of working hours. Able to handle multiple tasks;

  • Coordinating and controlling of Administrative staff (Receptionist, Courier, Driver, Cleaning);
  • Coordinating proper organizing of trips for the General Manager and for Company's guests: flights booking, car rental, and reservation for accommodation. Keep in touch with service providers and inform if changes occur;
  • Receiving, checking and approving the invoices of Administrative department and registering the data into the Budget System;
  • Archive management;
  • Prepare various activity reports and presentations for the management;
  • Other tasks based on Employers requirements.
