Office leasing manager



Within AFI Europe Romania executes the commercial area lease policy in order to achieve assumed levels of lease of office projects, through cooperation with business partners operating in the given local market, active acquiring of lessees through own efforts as well as through agents. Acts as the ambassador of AFI Europe Romania in the market


  • University degree Sales / Marketing / Economics / Law
  • Minimum 3 year experience in Office projects leasing & existing and tenants portofolio management
  • Very good knowledge of real-estate market of office projects in Romania, with particular focus on the local markets
  • Recommended – training / course on negotiation skills, sales and marketing
  • Driving license
  • Advanced level of English allowing fluent communication
  • Building relations with internal and external clients
  • Selling and negotiation skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to operate effectively even under time-pressure

  • Responsible for leasing level of particular project/projects by:
  • cooperating with business partners of the company/real estate brokers on commercial area lease following particular assumptions for commercial conditions of a given development;
  • seeking clients interested in leasing office projects being developed in the office market:
  • preparing offers with recommendations of terms and conditions for potential clients;
  • building relations with existing and potential clients of AFI Europe Romania in the office market
  • supervising and coordinating the leasing process - coordinating (together with the other departments) all the activities related to the tenants;
  • negotiating the leasing contracts with the tenants;
  • establishing the marketing directions for promoting the project together with the Marketing Department;
  • managing the relationship with the tenants during their operational period
  • monthly reports regarding leasing activities
  • Cooperates with the Marketing Department on developing marketing strategy for the office projects.
